The TOURIST INTERNATIONAL VILLAGE is being planned by the Swedish company Scandinavian Center, and The Phu Yen People’s Committee.
It is an exclusive ecological tourist and villa village in Tuy Hoa city (the beginning of Long Thuy Beach) that is special in that both the Vietnamese and foreigners can buy property there.
